Terms of Use
Effective November 8, 2026
By downloading and using the Hido app or the hido.vn website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
1. What Hido is
Hido is virtual private network (VPN) connection software. Hido does not sell network service plans and does not run servers for your traffic. Plans, servers, accounts, prices and plan support come from the provider you choose, under that provider’s own terms.
2. Lawful use
You are responsible for how you use Hido and must follow the laws where you live. You may not use Hido to:
- Break the law, infringe others’ rights or distribute unlawful content.
- Attack, scan, spam or disrupt networks, servers or other services.
- Tamper with or reverse engineer Hido to defeat its protections, or use it in ways that harm other users.
3. Providers and your configurations
- When you use a provider code, the service relationship is between you and the provider. Hido only helps the app find the panel address for the code.
- When you add your own configuration, you are responsible for its source and lawfulness.
- Hido does not guarantee the quality, speed or availability of any provider’s service.
4. Accounts
Accounts you sign in with in provider-code mode are created and managed by the provider. You can delete your account in the app for providers that support it; see Delete account.
5. Purchases
The Hido app is free and sells nothing in the app. Any purchase of a service plan is between you and the provider, under the provider’s payment and refund policies.
6. No warranty
Hido is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that Hido will run without errors or interruptions or suit every purpose. Connections can be affected by your network, device, operating system or provider.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use Hido, or from a provider’s service.
8. Privacy
How Hido handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. A new version takes effect when posted on this page; continuing to use Hido means you accept it.
